Problem using our advising forms?
If you encounter the error message “You need permission”
Please check to make sure that you are signing in with your UWNetID. The error message is likely because your predominant Gmail account (which is not a UWNetID) logged you in automatically. The form does not allow permission when logged in with your Gmail credentials.
To log in with your UWNetID, either:
- close out of your browser completely and access the form from a new browser window, or
- open an incognito/private window and access the form.
If you still cannot access the form, please let us know and we can schedule an appointment with you over email.
