Jodene Davis (she/her)Strategy and Operations Directorjodene@uw.edu Jodene is a Husky for life and, after graduating with a B.A. in English, chose to build her career at UW. She has served as a long-time staff member in Undergraduate Academic Affairs and recently moved into her role with the Center for Experiential Learning and Diversity, where she leverages her relationships and passion for building community to create a welcoming environment for her colleagues and UW students. When she’s not focused on the happenings at EXPD, you may find her taking a break at her favorite places to wander on campus, the medicinal herb gardens and the natural areas behind the athletic fields. |

Kimberly Quiocho (she/her)Administrative Assistant LeadKimberly, a recent UW graduate with a B.A. in international studies and journalism, began working at the Center for Experiential Learning and Diversity as a student assistant and later administrative assistant. She uses this experience in her current role to help students find valuable experiential learning opportunities and resources. Kimberly also worked as a program assistant for the Mary Gates Endowment for Students, which sharpened her skills in web design and student engagement strategies. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys crafting custom birthday and holiday cards for her friends and family. |

Lily He (she/her)Graduate Student AssistantLily is an MSW candidate in the School of Social Work. She graduated from UW with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Lily has also worked as a program assistant for the Mary Gates Endowment for Students. As a transfer student and first-generation college student, she is passionate about making resources accessible to all visitors and helping them navigate the different opportunities offered at EXPD. Lily enjoys kitting, especially during colder months, and thrifting for fun clothes. |

Jae Mar (she/her)Student AssistantJae is a second–year student at UW, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in social welfare. She plans to earn her MSW from the UW School of Social Work to become a therapist. Jae is a first-generation college student who is very passionate about working with and helping people in times of need. She loves EXPD because everyone is so welcoming and kind. In her free time, Jae loves reading and recently got into knitting and crocheting. |

Zuhal Kakar (she/her)Student AssistantZuhal is a second-year UW student planning to earn her bachelor’s degree in public health. As a multilingual individual, she looks forward to using her skills to help create a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone at EXPD. When not at school or work, Zuhal enjoys cooking and watching Netflix. |
