Which plan fits you?

Use this quick guide to pick the plan that best matches your current phase:

Pilot / Proof-of-Concept

  • Typical needs: 1–3 awards, under ~500 apps.
  • Recommendation: Plan 1 — Professional ($500) to keep costs predictable while you test.

Growth / Scaling

  • Typical needs: ~500–1,000 apps, multiple award cycles.
  • Recommendation: Plan 1 — Advanced ($1,000) for budget predictability, or Plan 2 per-app if you want exact usage pricing.

High Volume / Enterprise

  • Typical needs: 1,000+ apps across many awards.
  • Recommendation: Plan 1 Enterprise/Ultimate ($1,500–$2,000) for simplicity, or Plan 2 if you prefer per-app fairness.

Flexible approach: You can start small (Professional tier) and upgrade mid-year to expand coverage — no need to wait until next academic year.
