Our Team: Devon Little

Devon is Pipeline’s NASA Science Engagement Coordinator. She hails from the Seattle area, Coast Salish territory. Her passions include experiential and multicultural education, leadership/social-emotional development, conflict transformation and social justice, and the arts. The Pipeline Project allows Devon to continue her work in youth development by empowering college students to become mentors and educators.

Prior to Pipeline, Devon did youth empowerment work for over a decade with non-profits such as Young Women Empowered, Camp Korey, Community Schools Collaboration, and Power of Hope. Outside of facilitating seminars and coordinating Pipeline’s STEM ASB programs, Devon also trains educators, social workers, and other youth development professions in arts-based learning modalities, conflict engagement models, and group facilitation skills. She also spends time as a mediator in small claims district court, and a Masters in Social Work student at the UW. Devon holds a BA in Sociology, and Graduate Certificate in Restorative Justice. Her overarching goal is to create personal- and community-transformation opportunities that value the experiences, imagination, and wisdom of all who are involved.
